The calculation of match points is the same as the FIFA ranking formula (including the 0.2, 0.3, 0.5, 1.0 multiplier). For each team, the best 5 results in each 12 month time frame are added up and divided by 5. If a team doesn't have 5 matches that year, it will still be divided by 5.
