FIFA Ranking: Teams in need of matches for the November 2008 ranking

There are 34 teams that will not have the required 5 matches in the last 12 months when the November 2008 FIFA Ranking will be released. For these teams, FIFA will basically add a number of "virtual defeats" equal to the difference between the number of matches actually played by that team in the last 12 months and the required 5 matches.
The highest ranked of the group - New Zealand, 54th in the October 2008 FIFA Ranking (according to my calculations).
