Restricting the field to players that have played in at least 50% of the team playing time (i.e. 135 minutes for a team knocked out in the group stage), this is what I got:

DC - Scott CHIPPERFIELD (Australia) 4.79
DC - Joseph YOBO (Nigeria) 4.61

Three from Honduras, two from Denmark, one each from Italy, Australia, Nigeria, Korea DPR, Switzerland and Slovenia. Since all these teams are already eliminated, I'm pretty sure this bottom 11 won't change from now on.
