Netherlands could climb to the top spot if they defeat Spain avoiding PSO. Any other result will see Spain returning to the number one position.
Brazil and Germany will be 3rd and 4th respectively.
Uruguay can overtake Argentina for 5th place only if they defeat Germany in the third place match avoiding PSO. Speaking of the third place match and ranking points, FIFA said Uruguay could move closer to a top 10 place with a win in this match (more in this Sky Sports article). They probably didn't compute the points before saying that as Uruguay are sure to be at least 6th even if they lose to Germany.
