This is the second time (as far as I know) FIFA take such action because of match fixing. In November 2010, two friendlies played by Zimbabwe in Asia in December 2009 and January 2010 against Thailand and Syria were removed from FIFA's list of "A" matches.
FIFA have also enforced stricter rules for friendly matches.
It is incredible that FIFA doesn't somehow punish this 4 countries, and especially Bulgaria who now, as I have heard, already have fixed two matches! Bulgaria even step up two places, even they fixed their match. Good job, FIFA, that's a good reward for a national team that cheats! Unbelievable...
