CONCACAF format still not formally approved

It's still unknown what ranking will be used to seed the CONCACAF teams for the 2014 FIFA World Cup draw since the format is still not formally approved.


Most likely it will be decided (and announced) at the end of April, after the Executive Committee meeting.
