Bahamas have withdrawn from the World Cup qualifiers.
Consequently, Group C, in Round 2 of the CONCACAF qualification phase will remain a group of just three teams: Panama, Dominica and Nicaragua.

That's too bad - I think it would have been better to replace them with Aruba - eliminated by St. Lucia after penalties.
Not Turks and Caicos Islands, since Bahamas broke no rules.
