Doesn't include teams that have competitive matches for both of the November dates or teams that would bring less than 250 points for an OFC opponent.

A month ago, a certain FA asked me for such a list, although in the end they didn't use it. My, how the tables have turned. Not long ago, I was still writing to FAs about ideal opponents for friendly games... I must be moving up in the world. :)
