Previously Ed maintained an Excel file with points calculations: points_calculation. This is still available here for historical reasons, but I unfortunately don't maintain this as I don't have a version of Excel to update this like Ed used to, and I also have a separate archive and associated software that I update and use to calculate the FIFA rankings.
If there are any volunteers I can make this available to take it over.
